Ultem1000 為跨駿工程塑料的PEI產品，沒有填充添加物，高強度、電氣性能很好，機加工性能好，通過FDA認證，另外有加玻璃纖維的改良級別ULTEM2300，增加剛性及強度。

Ultem 1000 (standard, unfilled polyetherimide - PEI) - Ultem Sheets & Rods offer excellent chemical resistance, high dielectric strength, natural flame resistance, and extremely low smoke generation. Ultem provides exceptionally high mechanical properties and ease of fabrication including bonding make it an easy choice when exceptional performance is required. USA and Singapore stock.

Ultem? 1000 is a registered tradname of General Electric.

Ultem Sheets, Rods, Plates and bars exhibit:

High strength and performs in continuous use to 340°F (170°C)

94-V-0 rated with low smoke KPSI

FDA, USDA, USP Class VI & NSF Approved (natural color only)

Available in glass-reinforced grades 30% (Ultem 2300), 20% (Ultem 2200), 10% (Ultem 2100).

Standard Ultem Rods are 96" long

Standard Ultem Sheets - Plates are 24" x 48"
